Hi,

I have heard that the rent on the building is quite high, and the renters have to give it up because it doesn't make enough money ?

Not sure this is the reason, I may have heard incorrect information ?

I believe there is a temporary bar set up, the golf societies are still playing here.

There is even entertainment some nights.

If it was taken over and run well by the right people, it could really give Terrazas a big boost, specially for rental properties and the owners !

We bought our apartment off plan, and still enjoy having holidays here.

We have been told there is a problem with an outstanding electricity bill, neither the previous tenants or the bank which had it in their possession first are accepting responsibility.

We thought of taking it on as it would be a great asset for Terrazas and we are sure it would prove profitable, but the bill is very large.
