Hi my solicitor wants to pay my SUMA (cancel tax)
Can I pay this myself in lo pagan

SUMA is the collection agency...presume you mean IBI similar to council tax. You can py this at the town hall and arrange for a direct debit for the future.
I'd love to cancel my council tax !
