Greetings to all,
I have currently bought a property in Lo Pagan and would like to rent it out short term. I know that a tourist license is required, but I can't find up-to-date information on how to apply for one.
If anyone has had recent experience with this, I would appreciate information, ie. websites, etc. (or a good reasonably priced lawyer).

Don't need a lawyer ..the gestorua will do it for you ..its a tourist licence...just Google tourist licence for your region...I know pagan borders murcia/ alicante...I think its murcia

We have already gone through this process. Lo Pagan comes under Murcia. Our Solicitor charged around 80€ for the application, we had our Tourist number within 3 days.
We waited 6 months for the inspection which is about right, but you can rent whilst waiting.
However there items you need to meet the criteria for the inspection. If you would like to know what they are PM me and I can send you a list. I also cover the inspections as part of my job role as a keyholder so have successfully gone through quite a few of them!

We're currently trying to obtain the tourist license ourselves as we have digital certificates and submit our own taxes, etc. We've submitted the responsible declaration and property details at sede.carm.es and received a justificante, but can't work out what we have to do next to actually get the license number.
Have anyone been through this? We could pay a gestor to do it for us, but we've seemingly already done the difficult bit and it would be frustrating to give up now!
