Can anybody that has recently purchased recommend a good bank with English speaking staff and/or the same for an independent solicitor?

Fontanals solicitors - can pm a name if required
Sabadell bank, branch in Carrefour Habaneras in Torrevieja, Ana was great and English speaking.

Cajamar Bank, Manager is Antonio, speaks English, internet banking also with English option.
Contact Victor, MAM Solicitors, San Javier. Excellent efficient service, English speaking staff.

We just opened an account with BMN in Avenida Generalisimo on Lo Pagan. Maria speaks quite good English and online banking has English option.

CaixaBank bank in san javier The girl Monica and Antoino speak English which is great. Really looked after us. 1st legal services Antonio speaks English and has been excellent with the purchase if our house in Lo Pagan. He is also located in san javier on the Main Street.
