Wanting To Rent Holiday & Property Purchase Later

Hi , I have read everyone's posts on this subject and thank you everyone for the good insight into Lo Pagan, this is an area I have yet to visit. I am looking at purchasing in Spain and having visited Quesada and other areas I am still to find the location I would be happy to purchase in. I have Lo Pagan on the list now and would be happy to visit and interested if anyone has an apartment suitable for renting. Also where in Lo Pagan is a good area or is it all good ? I am in a position that I can obtain the Digital Nomads Visa and this is what I intend on doing as I can work from Spain, that said Internet connections as in Fibre optics would be a must, Is Lo Pagan an area where this is possible ?

Is Lo Pagan an area where you can also meet people as in a social aspect or is this all families ? Learning Spanish of course is on my list and would be great to know if the area provides places where it is possible to learn.
