Hi there

I moved to Lo Pagan in November but having terrible problem getting a doctor.

My lawyer that delt with my house purchase also my power of attorney and totally out of her comfort zone.Regestered me at the local health centre! She tells me that they have no record of me registered though she gave them all the necessary documents including my monthly print out of my meds from my UK doctor way back nov/dec 2020

I have contacted her several times, she speaks quite good English but I still feel lost in the translation maybe. She tells me she has raised a complaint with the social security, but I really don,t know where to go from here! I am running out of all my meds.

Blood pressure etc. I am disabled and live on my own (wheel chair) but still like to be independent but I really don’t know where to go from here.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks Marlene

Hi Marlene, I have been advised that I can't register with a doctor until my recidencia is approved. Until then I am buying my monthly medication at the pharmacy. My medications are available over the counter and are not very expensive.  Do you mind if I PM you?
