Thanks for the message very nice to hear from you. Congratulations on the purchase the villas are beautiful and we enjoy each visit, the next being Mid October.

Our 2 sons are out there again and why not it is there to be enjoyed..the weather is still stunning.

If we can be of any help with any questions please fire away, we have sorted our security, property management & pool cleaning (via a Company called Costa Keys) and with John Devitt, we have even imported 4 x BBQ`s and sorted out butane gas (the official way).

We have sorted out our electricity & water bills online, we are here to help if requested.

We enjoy every trip we make across to the area, it really is a relaxed area of Spain.

We use a Company called Costa Keys for our property, they have proved very reliable and trustworthy and even saved us some money by making suggestions that have reduced our electricity bills (we have a spreadsheet that can help monitor these costs), a number of others on the forum are using them too.
