You do realize you now have to have a 'license' from Town Hall before you can rent a property...??

Yes we are aware thanks for the advice anyway. Our Solicitor is sorting that out for us. Is there anything else that you can think of that we need to know?

I see in 2016 from yr post you rent your villa out. Is this still the case. Looking for a long term june/July2017 until March 2018.
