Padron
I'm living in Lo Pagan and need to get a padron, is there an ayuntamiento in San Pedro and do you need to make an appointment? Also what documentation will they require?

The ayuntamiento is at the top of San Pedro Town. I'm not sure of the rules today, but 3 years ago I had to make an appointment to get my padron. I also had to have proof of residencia or the application appointment letter. Maybe best to contact the town hall and ask or look at their website.

If you are referring to a "certificado de empadronamiento" then if you have a digital signature, then you can download one yourself by going to the website of the Ayuntamiento de San Pedro del Pinatar. There is no charge for this. Or you can go to the Ayuntamiento and ask for a copy there if you don't have access to their database. If you mean that you need to sign onto the Padrón, then you can make an appointment in the Ayuntamiento at the information desk and then take your passport, residencia/TIE and either the deeds of your property, if you own one, or a copy of your rental contract if you are renting. They are very quick and efficient there!
