Hi all, my wife and I are moving into our new appartment in Lo Pagan early November. Any help finding a shop that can provide broadband, TV package and a phone deal would be great.

Thanks in advance, can't wait to get over there.

We use Flexa, they have an office in the square in San Pedro. Very reliable service, I think it costs around €24 per month for one box. Very nice to deal with and speak English.

We're also with Flexa on their 600mb package at 39.90€ a month for Internet, TV package including UK channels and 2 mobiles. We get the odd drop-off late at night but so far the best supplier that we have had.

Glad to hear you're  happy with the service from Flexa. We also get that drop off but only rarely, it's worse in Ireland actually. They're very nice to deal with and speak English which helps as my Spanish is ok but not exactly fluent.

Hi , we too have just purchased a second Spanish home in Lo Pagan, we already have Flexa as our provider so it was a natural choice. We have gone for the package where we have paid 100€ up front and now we just say when we want the internet etc. So for the first 7 days we pay 2€ a day then after that it's 1€ a day.

This is because we are not going to be using the place all the time so a monthly figure was going to be excessive for our current use.

Flexa were really helpful (as always) arrived on the day and time allocated to put the fiber optic in and we have twice gone online, 'booked our internet for 3 days' and paid for it by direct debit. Simple!

Our other home package is also first rate!

Same here, very reliable.  Flexible is the one.

That's a great plan for infrequent users. Ticks all the boxes.  I hadn't heard about it but we would need a more long term service. They are very reasonable and always very helpful.
