Too much worry on this. The flue is probably just as dangerous as you get older
That reminds me, I must get my chimney flue swept.....

When you look at the numbers of those to date who have died and infected compared to the global population, the actual numbers are minimal
Although Corona cannot be dismissed currently the odds of not contacting the virus or dying are really small
The 1,000s dying of this will not agree with this
When will it become a pandemic, Italy is closed China closed Korea iran etc all in dire need of medication to combat the disease but to put it down as minimal ???

Why would anyone post such a message, it's no use to anyone and quite concerning they would feel the need to do so......
Really looking forward to coming back out to our house in San Pedro in 11 days ( and counting), the weather, people, food, flamingoes and other birds fill me with joy! 😀😀👍👍...

The numbers globally are minimal when compared to the global population. And let's not forget for all those diagnosed as positive, not everyone dies, only a few
Not saying it will not get worse and many people will suffer and die but at the time of writing the global community is working on a cure and the general consensus is the it is not yet considered a pandemic
Don't panic but certainly take as many precautions as possible
I think it is a big hype by the media. Turn of the telly and enjoy your life to the full. If we have to go we will go by corona or something else. Fear is killing us more and the businesses. I am a cancer patient and coming out to Spain in April. Unless airline cancels my trip I am still coming. I have already booked everything so I am willing to take that risk. Keep taking vitamin C and keep general hygiene and you will be fine

Some of the reactions are becoming ridiculous. I have just had an email from the administrator of the park our static caravan is on advising that due to concerns by some residents we can now order and pay for a new gas cylinder by phone...
This is as opposed to walking into an office with three or four staff, possibly the odd resident, asking for a cylinder and paying for it!
Is it me?

Yes and because of all the panicking caused by the media and hysterical people they’re now closing all the shops (see Murcia Today). So now we’re all going to die of starvation! 💀

That does seem pointless. With regard to the media, however, we ignore them at our peril. If people panic as a result of their reports, the media should not be blamed. We should be thankful. Let's be honest, if they were not telling us what's happening and more people died, they'd be blamed for NOT informing us of the situation. They can't win!!!

We are now in lockdown but perhaps the idiots who scoffed at the post will now look back and realise there remarks were not practical or sensible so now perhaps they will now realise how bad this is
