Hi. I've just used transferwise to send money directly from UK to Spanish bank account. Only £600 but it took 4 hours and cost me £2.96😁. My UK bank wanted £18. You can use the link below if you want to take a look. Or if anybody has a better option please post
I use HIFX
Not as quick as 4 hours, usually a day, but reasonable bank beating exchange rates and no fees.

I also regularly use Transferwise, you get mid market rate with a small fee charged- varies depending on the sum transferred. Brilliant, simple quick and fuss free. Would recommended. Jaz

Used Transferwise for a few years now for both small and relatively large amounts found them to offer the best all round rate and efficient transfer

I use transferwise all the time and over the last few years saved 100£s defintley recommend them and they are so quick

I’ve been using Moneycorp too. Efficient, and it’s a flat rate of £5 per transfer for 3-5 days transfer time. So far, I haven’t needed to transfer anything faster than that.
