Is there a bank holiday in LA today please?
Desperately need to get through it nobody is picking up

They only open in the mornings so may not be enough staff to answer phones in the afternoons. If you have the banking app or use the la caixa website you can message your gestor ( assigned person at the bank) directly and they will contact you. Otherwise you need to try first thing in the mornings.
No, not a bank holiday today.
