Has anyone recently tried to move from one mobile phone provider to Lebara.  It is now over 2 weeks and all I get when I query it is “another department is dealing with it”.

I was told there is no problem but I am just wondering why it takes so long. I have been with my current provider for 14 years but they have “lost the plot” since being taken over and the phone signal is awful and customer service the same which is why I am look at moving.

Stop paying them then you will get a response.

Thanks for your assistance, I have not paid them, (Lebara) I am just trying to move to them from my existing mobile provider.

Just wanted to see if there were others having issues while trying to move from one provider to Lebra

I moved to Lebara about 6 months ago.

All done in a matter of a few days if I remember correctly & all done without contacting them at all.

One word of warning re Lebara & wifi phone calls.

If you need wifi calling because of a bad phone signal make absolutely sure that you particular make of phone is compatible with Lebara ( who use Vodaphone ).

Many handsets appear not to be compatible.
