Square Media ???

I presume you mean Square Media in Los Alcazares. Jeff, the main man and his partner have been back in the UK but returned last Friday, so all back to normal. If you want to check broadband speeds then download one od the many Apps available.

I have been trying to contact square media, we signed up in July and after an initial chat with square media, I was trying to contact them because now we want to use catch up and record facilities but can not make contact.

We were told that we could contact them on landline and mobile, the land line goes to voice mail, and I have not been given a mobile number to get the help we are looking for!!!

Can you advise please.

The mobile number I have been using is 0044 7592 239003. Try that.

Square Media were hard to find (hidden away very well) They are in the process of moving and may well have already done so. They are moving to the old IT\PC shop that is in the concourse on the way into the Mercadona Supermarket just down from Hotel 525. As you go down Rio Nalon the entrance to the supermarket is on the left. Go in, turn left and you should find them on the right hand side before you get to the Mercadona entrance.

I can't contact Square Media either! I've tried but can't even access their web site.
