Ref my last post. The TV makes very loud crackling sounds making it practically impossible to watch regardless of the channel or time of day. I try rebooting the system but that doesn't cure it so I'd be pleased to hear if anyone has come across this or knows how to fix it.

Try using  a different TV, then you will know whether it's your TV or your Internet connection. My guess is it's the TV.

My guess is a loose connection? Do you get the same results if you view on your mobile or tablet?

The TV is fine when I run it without internet and mag box. I've checked connections and replaced leads.

So what exactly happens when you connect it to the Internet?
