Hi there,

They do accept phone appointments. It would be unusual for them to be closed on a bank holiday given the nature of their business. They are on WhatsApp. I suggest you text them on WhatsApp. They do promptly reply.

Thank you

I thought it had to be a PCR test or are the cheaper lateral flow tests being accepted for travel back to the UK?

No, it has to be a PCR as it establishes the genetic make up of the Corona virus.

No it doesn't. For travelling home from the 7th Dec it can be lateral flow or PCR. When home you have to take a PCR test

Sorry, I should have considered the question properly. Yes, it is lateral flow prior to your return to the U.K. and PCR within two days of your arrival in the U.K..

Yep that’s it a pcr or laterateral flow test here to travel back to uk once in uk a pcr test only if you paid for an ltf they may offer a discount on the pcr also you have to quote the pcr uk booking reference for your uk location form 👍

But does it have to be a paid supervised LFT or can we use UKNHS kits we have ?

You have to pay I think and the lft is for here in Spain so no nhs it’s not acceptable for your second test in the uk only a pcr test is acceptable when you have returned in two days after arrival
