Perhaps you should watch the people on the streets in the uk with no food and no where to live there are many thousands and the point was assisted flights for people flying against home office advice then wanting help to get out of the problems they got themselves in
Hi I would like to reiterate that no one is starving and going without food. If anything people have stocked too much which is also bad. yes I agree that the travel at this time was not that Imp. How did they go? All flights are stranded here. Also Borris is the best prime Minister in long time and he is doing everything he can to save lives and provide food on people’s table.

Not sure where you are but people starving in the U.K. haha, where? I live in London and all I see are people of all backgrounds helping each other. I see compassion daily. At least we haven’t got to the stage where we are abandoning old people in care homes . I know what government and healthcare system I’d rather be living under.

We can all speak about what is happening globally, and worry with concern for them in which ever country. This is a global sickness that we all are grateful for what we have and concerned about others without

There is many families without food in the UK.
The government is doing a great job for all those 80000 who enroled on dhss in one week due to all work stopped.

But unfortunately if you are self employed then the 80% sickness assistance will be given at the end of June. Along time with no wage to feed a family.
All food prices have tripled.
Rental accommodation, landlords not getting their rent, more debt and eviction occurs.
The parks still full of homeless.
All elderly and vulnerable were meant to get a letter off councils to assist in food provisions. 2 weeks later still no letters arrived.
Drug dealers have freedom of movement with police so stretched looking after us. Dealers easy to spot going from one house to another selling product. Kids stuck in the house.
UK not so friendly as every next house is having lock down parties, with groups and loud music. Poor neighbours.
So on the street life is very much a different reality. I am sure the government will hold up its promises but at the moment families are hungry
Goodness me! I don't know where you get your information from? Are you currently living in Spain?
Prices certainly have NOT tripled, I have not noticed any changes at all.
Drug dealers going from house to house? I think not - certainly not where we live! What on earth sort of place are you talking about?
Every other house having parties? What a load of nonsense!
Have you actually experienced any of this, or was it information from a reliable source?
Which parks are full of homeless?
Some people!!!

Absolutely agree 100% - Didn't realise there was a page 2 with a similar response to mine :o)
Suspect we have yet another troll on the forum in the guise of sammylouise. Parent live on the south coast in UK and say no price hikes, in fact they think their local garage has dropped its petrol prices, guess not selling that much at the moment 😟
Petrol prices have dropped like a stone in the UK.
Unleaded at Asda garage £1.02 per litre.
Lowest for about 15 years.
Drop in world demand is the main reason.
