Hi don't forget to get the reference number from your day 2:test supplier of your daughter, you will need to quote this on your passenger locator form in order to generate a QR code

Thank you. That is as I understood it so cancelled the appointment but I received an email from Easyjet and it still referred to the 72 hour test. All replies here, however, suggest this is no longer the case.

EasyJet are not correct you only need the day 2 test after arriving in the UK

I’m due to fly out to Spain on Thursday for ten days. To the best of my knowledge I will not need a 72 hour test to return to the UK. I will however require a day 2 PCR test.

Yes that's correct...only a prebooked and paid for 2day test required..reference number will need to be put on your passenger locator form.
