They exist at murcia ..check their reviews on line ...people say you should use these booking this way....

(Their reviews on trust pilot are mainly awful the rest I suspect on other sites not all genuine I would suggest)

Hi.  We use them every time we travel over from the UK to either Murcia or Alicante and can highly recommend them for price, vehicles and customer service.  We pay the addition insurance too, just for peace of mind. 

As you come out of the main airport doors at Murcia, go across the crossing and go right, in front of the first hire place and then left.  They’re at the end.  I hope this helps.

We have friends who use this company. They have nothing but good comments about them. If you know well in advance when you will need a car , especially if not in peak season, the prices are hard to beat. Our friends always have nice hire cars and now regularly get upgraded because they are ‘regular’ customers!😃

If used them for years, they used to be located at Los Martinez near the airport but as you say have now moved on airport. Don’t want to tempt fate but I’ve had no problems with them, and I never get the insurance hard sell, which I hate. Good cars and good service.

We used them the last time we flew into Murcia Corvera (they were off-site then, but seem to have moved to the terminal since). We found them excellent: our flight was 2 hours late and we feared being stuck at the airport for the night. However, they had tracked the flight and the bus was waiting to take us to their depot when we arrived. They were pleasant and courteous; No charge for the after-hours service and they even upgraded the hire car. We were most impressed.

However, since then we have read the reviews for their car hire at Alicante airport and they do not make for pleasant reading. So we have not used them there. 

We used them at Murcia Airport two weeks ago. If you book on their website and not through a broker you get a newer car and we got a 35% discount. The only downside is that after going to their office the car is parked at the far end of the car park.This is also where you return the car and you have to walk to their office where you collected the keys from to get someone to check the car. They do have an office at the returns but it is not manned because there is no electricity connected. We had two very nice cars and our daughters car was new. No hard sell on the insurance. There is a 3000 kilometer limit for the hire period so we always take a photo of the kilometers on collection just in case.
