had no problem with them at MJV, RMU, AGP, LBA, LGW or even RHO - using Ryanair/Jet2/Easyjet - by all means check but not many don't accept them.

Quick tip for app users ..... take a screenshot of your boarding pass so you're not dependent on an internet connection.

From dublin they have refused them so maybe it depends on the airports. I noticed it happen when i was in the que. Things may have changed so you could use the ryanair chat line for verification. I always use a print out, i do 2 copies of each, i put one of each in the case and keep two on me, that way if i lose one i have a back up. But if i lose my phone?! I did lose my phone last year going out! But had print outs.
My recent flight East Mids to corvera I downloaded the boarding passes it was readily accepted showing both passes. It's a lot easier than fumbling with bits of paper. I will use it every time now.
