Unfortunately not in our mercadona, maybe because there are not many expats. I can only say as it is for us and what we miss. No doubt your mercado sells it but ours doesnt.

As I said previously we are not near the coast or ex pat urbanisations. These are the things we cant get locally and I'm certainly not driving miles to find them.

Well the question was about what you cant get in spain and miss, not what diet to follow. Another thing I cant get is fairy washing up liquid which really does last longer than what I buy locally.

Fairy liquid bought from Mercadona, also seen it in Carrefour, and any number of ?English supermarkets.

I live inland in a small village of about 50 houses, the only English in the place. To get shopping we gave to go into Fuente Álamo or, if a hospital appointment, Carrefour in Cartagena. If I want to visit the coast I usually visit Puerto de Mazarron and do a bit of shopping at the same time.

Don’t you ever venture away from your small community? We shop local but, as I sai£ previously, will call for odd items when away from our small Spanish community. I can think of very little that can not be bought within a short drive.
