The Gota Fria  hit LA in a bad way a few years ago.. so if the property is at ground level  I'd check if it was in harms way. Otherwise   all the places n towns  along the Mar menor are excellent places to live.

Thanks, Looking at all 1st floor because of the flooding. On Avd 13 Octubre nearer beach. Do you know if the road is busy and if any development planned along the road. I have checked Local news etc and cannot find any mention of upgrades but best to check, Thanks again.

if its between the beach and Avd Libertad (the main road through LA) then this had bad flooding over the last gota fria and DANA …there is some building work in the area but very little space for anything else…unless there is underground parking with the apartment then parking in the summer months is a nightmare!
