Good morning everyone
I would like to bring your attention to long term rentals. You maybe aware that estate agents are charging the tenants finders fee/agency fees
This is no longer legal from May 2023!
Please pass on to anyone you know thinking about rental as estate agents are still trying to pass this on to people wanting to rent, please be aware
