Hi I am looking to see if there any chemists in the Los Alcázares area or a few miles either way that I can purchase anti biotics
Years ago the chemists in Los narejos would sell them but they say you need a prescription from the dr

No pharmacist should sell you antibiotics - some may stretch a point and do so if they know you, but the medics have realised that if everyone takes them without it being certain they need them they become less and less effective against bacterial infections as these develop resistance to them.
