We are Dave and Sandra and very soon to be property owners in LA, we looked in various resorts in the area but once we sampled the warm bath known as Mar Menor we were hooked, our daughter and family already live in the Murcia area, she is a keen sailor on the Mar Menor so part of the reason for us to find a holiday home in the area, and once we have our property will be visiting the area throughout the year.

Glad we found this forum having 101 questions, but we do not want to bore people with the usual obvious questions at this time, apart from any hints to where any sequence dancing takes place, (you can guess our age group). Hopefully we will bump into some of you when were in the area.

Whereabout in LA have you bought? There is allsorts of dancing as well as other activities at Las Claras community centre not far from the Arches.

Thanks for your reply, the house is in the town centre area, we will have a hire car on our visits so we will certainly check out the community centre on our next visit.

We have just bought a holiday home we will just be using it when we can have time off work . We are going for the 1st time on 18th Sep for 2weeks so we can start doing some work too the house . Is your place close to us as we could meet for a coffee sometime
