Can anyone recommend: Full refurbishment of a ground floor apartment in La Manga Club , new habitation cert required

Hi , I am in the process of buying an apartment that needs a lot of work , electrics , drainage, ceilings , stud walls , kitchen and bathroom etc . The property has lost its habitation certificate and I'll need someone who can help with this too .

Any recommendations for good building companies in La Manga Club would be much apreciated
