When we opend our account they never mentioned insurance or the typical "products". Ok we need at the beginning google translate to ask our questions and to understand the answers. We are with the Los Nientos branch. Oh by the way to do the online banking -paying invoices NOT DD - you need a spanish mobile for the security code....

You do NOT need a Spanish mobile for online banking.

I have just set it all up with my UK mobile number.

Just remember to use the UK code & drop the leading zero like so.

I have no idea what a 'Tarjeta Personal de Claves'  ( Personal Key Card) is for.

I don't have one only a debit card for the Wefferent Account.

Hi Roland, I think you must have taken my recommendation by your reply here, nice to know someone did act on my advice. Lets all recommend Cajamar fiercely so greedy Sabadell lose a lot of customers.
