We just bought a house on Calle Lloret the urb is called Miraflores it’s lovely here 5 min walk from the beach and half hour walk to Los Belones.  Can recommend Gordan at BluMed estate agents.

I'd personally stay away from la union we live in playa paraiso right next too the beach its at the beginning of la manga strip three are plenty of estate agents in los belones  a few minutes drive from us murcia villas,blue med,murcia homes and a few others we have our bungalow up for sale with c&d propertiesmurcia and Murcia homes if your interested in a look give me a reply

Santiago de la Ribera just north of the airport is lovely. It' a year round town although July and August are the really busy months. It' predominantly Spanish with plenty of tapas bars restaurants and shop. 

Los Belones is a lovely town open all year.  Where we are in Mar de Cristal is lovely but quiet in the winter months.  It has a fantastic beach and marina. Also Lo Pagan is very nice further up the coast 

We bought in los Belones 2 years ago and renovated a property.   We used Gordon Turnball from Blue Med Spanish properties in Los Belones.   Fantastic service.  Listens to your brief and will see everything through.  His customer service was brilliant during the purchase and during the renovations.   We just love it here - so central for everything.

We bought a 2 bed apartment a couple of hundred yards from the beach in Los Alcazares back in 2016 for €43000. Absolutely love the place and wish we could use it more than a holiday home!

We bought through Mangolink properties and the 2 owners - Chris and Sally could not have been more helpful. They showed us around a few properties in our price range and we bought the one which we'd already had our eyes on. 

Also used a local Spanish solicitor named Jesus Gonzalez from Gonzalez y Chaulet and he was and continues to be brilliant. Have a good look around and factor in what you want from your new home. We wanted to be by the beach but a 5 min stroll from 'the strip' which has a great selection of bars and restaurants.
