Non lucrative visa private health care/S1 form

I've not used an S1, as I'm not of that age, however, the link below states that an S1 can be used instead of private healthcare.

Did you get the S1 form while in the UK. When you had your appointment at the consulate in UK did the S1 form have to have been registered in Spain or was the UK S1 form all you had to provide at interview.

You can only get S1 when in Spain, a Spanish address is required.

I'm in UK, I can get an S1 form but don't know if it needs registration in Spain before the interview at the Spanish Consulate.

You can get your S1 while in uk as long as you have a Spanish address to which you are moving just ring DWP and you can’t register it till you’re here!

It's confusing because I've seen online that it has to be registered in Spain now before your interview at the consulate in UK
