Is there a problem with the postal service in Mula? I haven't recieved any post for several weeks, even though I know that at least 2 letters have been sent to me from England

Welcome to Spain, we live just outside Fuente Alamo and go weeks without receiving post even though we know letters have been sent from U.K. We have even been to the sorting office in Fuente Alamo only to be told the post was being delivered in our area that day, it wasn’t. The best we had was when Christmas cards for 2018 were all delivered to the wrong house and we had to wait for the owners to visit before we retrieved them in February 2019. A New Years card, posted early December 2017 arrived January 2019.
We are in Mula, but we haven't noticed any problems, a couple of days for internal mail maybe 10days for UK origin, which is normal.

Normally the post is very good, but the 2 letters I mentioned were posted in early Feb. So I'm just wondering what's going on.
