Hi All. I purchased two items of jewelry from jewlers in England before Xmas but now they are still being held in Customs in Madrid. They sent me an email too fill in value and where it came from. Done that but have not heard anything back from them. Your help would be appreciated. TIA.

Once they have acknowledged receipt of your reply, you can use the consignment number to search for status on line.

The Spanish Christmas holidays only finished last Friday and many places weren't returning to work until today. They will have a backlog and will plough through them as quickly as they can.
