Completing on our purchase late August, we will only be using as holiday home for a few years, before hopefully retiring. We hope to drive if coming for a few weeks, but if we do short breaks due to cheap flights any recommendations for airport transfers.  Thanks

If you are flying into Corvera a taxi would be fine as only about 15 minutes away. If you are flying into Alicante there is an airport bus that takes you down to Los Alcazares (not sure if it’s running at the moment due to Covid) then you could get a taxi from there otherwise a taxi from Alicante airport could work out very expensive. Another option is to hire a car at Alicante airport which is usually very reasonable and much cheaper than a taxi. Drivalia (think they are now called Leasys now) are the best company we have used. I hope this helps. San Cayetano is a lovely village I hope you will be really happy here.

Thank you, we will be doing a mixture of driving over, hiring a car, and short breaks will try to use public transport
