Moving to San cayetona

My husband and I are thinking of buying a property in San cayetona.can anyone tell me more about the village.would we be able to walk to beaches

I think you need to look at a map...15 mins drive at least to nearest beach. You really need a car as theres not enough there for everyday needs. Its a nice village with a few bars, a bank etc but not close to any town or beach...certainly not walking distance.

Thankyou for that .Do you live in San javier.we want somewhere quite but in walking distance to beaches .we where looking at torra da horrada but houses quite expensive

look at Santiago de la Ribera ( comes under San Javier) or Lo Pagan...both on the beaches of the mar Menor... quiet most of the year but busy in summr when many Spanish have holiday homes there...

Look for San Pedro del Pinatar, Lo Pagán, Santiago de La Ribera, San Javier or Los Alcázares.

There are 10 Km from San Cayetano to the beach.
