I understand that Murcia Region has imposed strict regulations on the use of swimming pools in a public area. Is anyone in our area able to use a swimming pool. If so have you obtained permission from authorities?

Hi dwb, we have an apartment in Torre. It's in a block of only 6, but our Administrator circulated their interpretation of the Phase 2 rules. As well as having to adhere to the distancing and hygiene requirements, the 3 month cost was going to be 14k! Suffice to say the general consensus among was too much to pay for the relative gain, so the pool has stayed empty.
Fingers crossed that Phase 3 will make use of the pool more viable 🤞.

New regulations have come out yesterday for the whole Murcia region giving specific instructions on the use of pools in this called "new normality". Check them out!
