If you are looking for a civil service pension payment ours was a few days later than the usual 14th - paid in earlier today.

I think I had a letter from Standard Life    taken  unsure where or when

but in the letter is   let us know if you change  address   or bank details

so my payment has gone astray

Standard Life   now will not respond

Companies such as Standard life will occasional ask you to confirm your habitual residency or changed your bank details, this is in case you have possibly passed and someone else is still claiming your pension.

I had a similar situation with Canada Life but one phone call sorted the query out.

Have you given anyone your Bank details or had any calls from anyone posing to be from your bank where they'v asked for online details or asked you to register for the mobile banking and provide them with any codes as this would be a scammer. They then download app with your details and access your account to move money, change Address basically given them access to your account. As if money has been transferred out through online or App you'v given someone your details or have you been asked or sent link for team viewer that would allow access to your device.

Hola  thank you all very much    to explain

I am with Standard Life in Edinburgh UK

On the montley statement   is my address    there address   all the acount numbers

plus a line  "please inform us if you change address or bank"

My statements have gone missing  as has my last payment       I do shread all my paperwork

trying to take care with "things" on line      I even change my bank cards time to time

Sort of "happy ??" that this has happened before   I now know I am not alone       Dave

So where the letters were taken I have no idea    maybe on route   or in my post box
