Hi,

I am looking for some help with a mains water leak.

We live in the UK and have a terrraced house in Sucina.  We have had problems with mains water leaks for years, crappy piping I think with water pressure that is too high.

We want to sort out the problem once and for all for out tenant.  After the recent leak, where we realised that there was no real way of finding out where the pipe entered the property from the mains.  So faced with a massive dig up of the front of the house and smashing all the tiles, we are nopw exploring the idea of re routing the water mains through the house to the boiler at the back.

However, we are getting conflicting advice about whether or not this is a good option or is allowable, so would like another quote and expert advice on what is possible.

If anyone knows a good reliable plumber, with genuine experience of Spanish regulations, please ask them to contact us via this forum.

Thanks

Graham Norris

Hello Graham

I have just asked British Business Pages in Spain to send your details to Leak-Tech, who are leak detection specialists. I hope you get the problem sorted soon.
