Hi guys, l have a house in Roda, it's only used by our family. I was thinking of coming over for 3 + months and applying for residential certificate. After reading some articles about funds in banks. Have you got to have that amount to apply for residential certificate. If so l can't afford or having got the amount in my bank!

I have been informed recently that you need 9,000 Euro in a Spanish bank account for 3 months or have 700 to 900 Euro ? Per month paid directly into a Spanish bank account for the last 6 months before  applying for residency.

All residency applications have now become applications for TIE....in Murcia you need approx 7000 pa but unless you are going to spend more than 183 days a year in Spain beter stick to the 90 day limit twice a year!
