Rubbish tax

Hi Guy, l have been seeing on my post, that we have now had bills of around €14 /15 € for rubbish tax , which is now due for payment. My address in UK has changed this year so any post will not be received. can any one advise of contact details of payment online etc. I haven't got a bill so no ref# to quote. This is just the first of this tax more to follow I believe.
