Leaves and flower bud are all wrong for  the common varieties of strelitzia (bird of paradise), possibly a clivia. Lovely looking plant, hoping to put a bank of these in ourselves once allowed out.

It's a beautiful amaryllis.Enjoy it when it flowers.
