Hello
CaixaBank have frozen my account and I am unable to fly to Spain to unblock it. I have managed to pay my water bill over the phone from my Nat West Visa card this morning but it took forever as I kept getting cut off. Would like to pay online but need the barcode on bill and I can’t find it anywhere can anyone help?

Why not go paperless and have the bills emailed to you?
Then you can pay with any card you wish.
Or why not open a wise account and set up a direct debit

Thank you for your reply.
I do have bills emailed to me and I have no problem paying electricity online. However the water company ask for the barcode on my bill which I can’t find on my bill? Hence why I had to pay by phone last time.
