Firefly Car Hire - don't
If you or your friends are thinking of using Firefly (a subsidiary of Hertz) then make sure you check out the reviews first. I wish I had! My experience (October 2019) matches all the reviews. Reviews tell it all and are 89% one star (would be lower, but there's no zero star rating available!).

I must admit I use them a lot without problems although the charges for petrol etc not clear.
