Ex pats in area

Hi my wife and I are looking to move to sucina next year
I'm over at the moment doing a recce. Are there many brit ex pats in the area. .

I would think that around 25% of the population are Brit ex pats or holiday home owners. Recently there are more people from other areas in Europe buying homes either to live in or use for holidays. We have had our holiday home in Sucina since 2008 and love it.

We bought on Hacienda about 3 years ago and use it as our holiday home. There is an ex pat community, if that's what you are looking for and the village itself is great
Hi. We bought a house in Sucina in October and have found lots of ex-pats in the village. People are very welcoming and friendly.
