Hi
Can anyone recommend a local electrician who can look at my cooker, as the oven keeps tripping out the fuse board.
Thank you

Hi
I had the same problem but I used an electrician who fixed it no problem. 0034633502224.

Do they understand /speak English? I too have an oven that has been tripping out, and can you me an idea of the cost?
Thank you.

Hi. He speaks English. I’m sorry but I can’t remember his name. He said that the issue with the oven tripping the electricity is common especially in houses that are not used all the time ie holiday homes. I paid 50 euros but he did 2 other little jobs as well as the oven.

If your property has been empty for some time, it's possible that the oven has damp issues and just needs to be dried out well before turning it on again. The same applies to the hob.
I can highly recommend Juan Carlos. If you WhatsApp him he replies in English. I have used him many times over the years and he is brilliant and affordable.
It would be good to check the potencia of your electricity supply - this is shown on your bill. This governs the maximum amount of electricity that can be used at any one time - and some Spanish properties have potencia as low as 3.3kW, although most are 5.75kW - so if you were using a kettle (2-3 kW) and an oven (3-5kW) at the same time, or other electrical appliances, then you are likely to trip the fuse.
Hope this helps!
