Hi
I’m looking to buy an apartment in the area.  I’ve seen advertised property in las terrazas de la torre golf resort.  is this a good place to look?   Im in the uk and don’t want to spend money on a ghost town.  Welcome thoughts on this resort good snd bad!

Thanks

Lisa

Its a golf course and not much else. Lovely views and nice swimming pools but you need a car and the nearest town, roldan, isn't walkable in the heat, maybe 20.mins to 30 mins walk otherwise, depending how fit you are. If you don't want a ghost town then you need to look closer to the coast. Terrazas is a good 20 mins inland. Lots of places are quieter in winter but you may be more suited to los alcazares or san pedro del pinatar. There are a few villages about 10 mins inland with decent facilities but it depends what you want and how much life you want?. Of course the property prices go up the closer to the sea!.

I’d look at the neighbouring resort of La Torre. Much busier and much more to do. There’s many Face Book groups for further information.
