Are there public medical services in Totana

Totana divided into two health areas, North and South.  Depends where in Totana you live as to which you will be registered at. Very efficient and  good service. You will need to be fairly fluent in Spanish or employ a translator . The health centres are modern, busy and very clean etc  .

You will need to register at the correct centre with a Doctor etc. You need to obtain a padron from the local council offices, then go to the centre and firstly make an appointment, usual anyway. Then register, or make the initial steps to do so.

Totana actually comes basically under Lorca general area. A lot depends in whether  you are a pensioner or not, you will need some form from the UK if you are, S1 or some such number.
