how do we get an NIE Number in Totana?

Hi normally you would need a NIE number before making a large purchase in Spain ie, Home, Car etc.

I see you say you live here at the moment, maybe you should ask the sellers of your property where they obtained theirs or maybe the administrators of the camp site.
