Not sure which rules you are referring to but you are allowed to shop within your municipality which for you includes the city of Murcia ....you wont find much close to you.

Hi you can shop in Sucina or if you want mercadonna there is one on the way to Murcia take junction 148 off the A30 there is also a Leyron merlins you are not allowed to go to Balsicas or LaTorrie hope that helps
