Anyone recommend any good restaurants upto 20 mins away from La ter

We would just like to introduce ourselves to you all! We have just purchased a holiday home on Nueva Tercia. We will be out at New Year and are looking forward to meeting new potential friends in the area!

We will also need lots of advice about buying furniture, gas heaters and bottles etc

We also need to know the places to go for a good meal and a night out!

Hi could anyone give me some helpful points positive or negative on buying property on the UGR resort. I have been looking the prices and specs of these apartments are second to none they look better specs than some golf resorts I understand the course has been closed for many years does this take the look away from the site. Just a few questions is it well maintained etc is there supermarket pub etc on site. How far away from la tercia town and finally what has that town got to offer.
