We've bought a holiday house by the sea and plan to drive over to Spain this autumn with some stuff like furnishings etc.

Does anyone have experience of doing this since Brexit and what, if any papers are necessary at the Spanish border customs?

Do we, for example, need to show proof of ownership of our Spanish house?

We're new at this, so any assistance is gratefully received.

Hi, I am planning on holidaying in Los Urrutias in the summer.  I will be renting a very nice apartment right on the beach.  However I am becoming worried because I have seen Youtube videos etc saying that there have been various problems with the beach.  In particular that the water is very polluted, and more recently that there have been infestations (not quite the right word!)  of sea snails in the water (yuck).  Whilst I could live without going in the sea which would be a pity as this was why I found this apartment, the other problem I have been reading about is that It is very smelly - presumably from the sea problems.  I am going there for my birthday and the thought of not being able to lounge out on the balcony in the sun enjoying the view because it smells so bad is making me nervous.   I understand that this all developed from a 2019 storm, and things might be quite different now.  I was hoping somebody local could tell me what the situation actually is at this time in Los Urrutias.  

Also, given it is a small place, and we had Covid etc to cause problems for businesses, are there still bars, cafes, restaurants etc open.  This is the one holiday I am going to get so don't want to get it wrong.

Can anyone reccomend someone to help get me an appointment with INSS for health card. Tried doing it online but cant upload my documents .tried making my own appointment  but it keeps asking for my social security number which obviously i havnt got until ive registered.
